Features
Everything in Fibonacci CRM, module by module.
A CRM core every workspace has, industry modules on top, and the platform under all of it. Each section says which plans include it.
Every plan
CRM
The records every sales team needs, linked the way the work happens, with a pipeline that is data in your workspace rather than code.
- Records
- Organizations, contacts, leads, and deals with line items. Activities (calls, meetings, emails, tasks and notes) attach to any of them.
- Your pipeline
- Deal stages, lead statuses, sources, contact types and lost reasons are per workspace. Change them without waiting for a release.
- Convert to deal
- A qualified lead becomes a deal in one action, carrying its organization, contact and estimated value across, and the lead is marked converted.
- Mark won or lost
- Closing a deal sets its outcome and date. A lost deal asks for the reason, so the reasons can be counted.
- Custom fields
- Add fields to leads, deals, contacts and the other records per workspace: text, numbers, dates, choices, links.
- Activity timeline
- Each record shows its activities, newest first, with Log activity one click away, and a history of every change: who, when, old value to new.
Pro and Business
Boards
The pipeline as columns. Move a card and the record changes; the rules still apply, so a deal dropped on Lost asks for its lost reason.
- Deals by stage
- Each column shows how many deals it holds and what they add up to, over every deal you may see, not only the cards on screen.
- Leads by status
- New, Contacted, Qualified and on: the same board for leads.
- Drag and drop
- Drag a card to another column; on a touch screen, its Move to menu does the same. Search and filters carry over from the list.
- Keyboard moves
- Pick up a card with Space or Enter, choose a column with the arrow keys, drop it with Space or Enter. Every move is announced to screen readers.
Pro and Business
Dashboards
Numbers, charts and lists over your own records, each scoped to what the viewer may see. Every number opens the list behind it.
- Sales
- Open pipeline, deals won and value won this month, lead conversion, overdue activities, pipeline value by stage and deals closing in 30 days.
- Per industry
- Real estate: listings, viewings this week, offers pending, commission this year. SaaS: MRR, ARR, trials ending, renewals due, churn.
- Accounting and property
- Cash and bank, receivables, payables and overdue invoices; occupancy, arrears and leases ending soon (with those modules).
- Your time zone
- "This month", "today" and "overdue" follow the workspace's time zone, not the server's.
Business
Accounting
Accounting inside the CRM, not a connector to another product: every invoice and payment posts to a double-entry ledger.
- Chart of accounts
- A standard chart or a UAE chart with 5% VAT accounts, edited to fit your books.
- Invoices with taxes
- Sales and purchase invoices with items and tax lines.
- Payments and allocations
- Receive or pay once and allocate the payment across the invoices it settles.
- Journal entries
- For everything that is not an invoice or a payment.
- UAE VAT
- VAT on sales and purchases, kept in its own accounts, with a VAT report for your return.
- Reports
- General ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and ageing, exportable as CSV.

Property management
For brokerages that manage units for landlords. Built on the ledger, with client money kept apart: rent is the landlord's once received, and your fee comes out of their share.
- Management agreements
- Which units you manage for which landlord, and the management fee as a percentage.
- Leases and rent schedules
- A lease generates its rent schedule. Overlapping leases on the same unit are refused.
- Rent invoices and payments
- Invoices from the schedule and the payments against them, bounced cheques included. Arrears and lease expiry are checked every hour.
- Maintenance
- Requests against the unit and the lease, booked as vendor bills.
- Owner statements
- What was collected, what was spent and the fee, read straight from the ledger.

Subscriptions
For companies that sell by subscription. A won deal starts the subscription; the dashboard keeps score.
- Plans
- Monthly and annual prices per seat.
- Subscriptions
- Trial, active, past due, cancelled and churned, monthly or annual, started from a won deal with an optional trial.
- MRR and ARR
- Computed per subscription from plan, seats and billing cycle, and added up by plan.
- Trials, renewals, churn
- Trials ending in 14 days, renewals due in 30, and churn this month.
Every plan (API and webhooks on Business)
Platform
What sits under every module: who may see what, what changed, and where your data lives.
- Single sign-on
- Everyone signs in with their Fibonacci account, the same sign-in as the other Fibonacci products. There is no separate CRM password to manage.
- A database per workspace
- Each workspace's records live in a database of their own, never in a table shared with other customers.
- Roles by branch and team
- Organize the company as branches and teams. A role granted at a branch covers that branch's records; one granted at the top covers everything.
- Audit trail
- Every change is recorded: who changed which field, from what, to what, and when. Records keep their version history.
- API
- Every record type has a REST API with the same permissions as the screens. On Business.
- Webhooks
- Events when records are created, updated, submitted, cancelled or deleted, for your own systems to react to. On Business; we set them up with you.
- Workspace time zone and currency
- One time zone and one currency per workspace, used for every date and amount.
- Sign in once Fibonacci single sign-on for every user.
- Your own database One per workspace.
- Head office › Dubai Marina branch › Team A Roles granted where they apply.
- Stage: Proposal → Negotiation Every change, who and when.
- crm.deal.updated An event for your webhook (Business).
