Draft of 2 October 2026.

Draft for review. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before Fibonacci CRM opens to customers.

1. Who is responsible

Fibonacci CRM is a project of Fibonacci Impact, provided by Fibonacci Impact LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website, crm.fib.im, and the Fibonacci CRM service. Contact: [email protected].

2. This website

  • The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • The contact page’s template stays in your browser: nothing you type there is sent to us until you send the message yourself by WhatsApp or email.
  • The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
  • Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. When you contact us

If you write to us, we keep what you send (your name, company, email address or WhatsApp number and the message) to reply, to arrange a demo or a plan, and to keep a record of what was agreed. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

4. Users of the service

For people who use a Fibonacci CRM workspace we hold their name, email address and sign-in identity from Fibonacci single sign-on, their role in the workspace, and a record of the changes they make (the audit trail). We use this to run the service, keep it secure and support the customer.

5. Records in a customer’s workspace

The contacts, leads, deals, tenants and other records a customer stores belong to that customer, who decides what is kept and why. We process them only on the customer’s behalf, to provide the service. If your details are in a customer’s workspace, contact that business first; we will help them answer you.

6. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that host and run the service for us, under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

Contact correspondence: as long as it is useful for the relationship and any legal record-keeping. Workspace data: while the customer’s plan runs, then deleted within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep part of it (for example invoices).

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

9. Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes, and date the new version.
